Natalie is founding Align Studio with a clear vision: to create a space that challenges, empowers, and elevates every individual who walks through the door. By pushing clients beyond their comfort zones, Align cultivates lasting strength, confidence, and resilience, both inside the studio and far beyond it.

Dedicated to creating a space where strength, confidence, and community come together. Kerry’s focus is on thoughtful operations, instructor development, and an elevated client experience, so every person who walks through our doors feels supported, challenged, and empowered.

Briana Crotinger

Briana is a myofascial massage therapist with over a decade of experience and a psychology background rooted in the biopsychosocial model of pain. Certified in corrective exercise and trained across five schools of barefoot massage, she leads instructor education at Align, translating biomechanics into practical, human-centered movement for clients and instructors alike.

Tsasha Facteau

Known for her positive energy and welcoming spirit, Tsasha brings a lifetime of movement to the studio floor, from nationally ranked gymnastics to Ironman triathlons and marathons. A former personal trainer and stretching specialist, she has a gift for meeting people where they are and building the kind of community clients want to return to.

Haley Poinsett

Known for her bubbly energy and just the right amount of sass, Haley brings a fun, feel-good vibe to every class. With a background in competitive dance, Haley thrives in high-energy environments and loves turning movement into an experience that feels both powerful and fun. Her passion for fitness goes beyond just the workout. She’s all about creating an atmosphere where you can show up as you are, and feel supported. You’ll leave class feeling empowered, accomplished, and already looking forward to your next class.

Molly Nota

Molly is a local librarian who is (obviously) obsessed with reading and the power of community. In her decade-long career as a librarian, she has held many roles, currently working to bring services to folks who don’t have easy access to library materials. She will soon be overseeing book ordering for her entire library system and is beyond thrilled! When she’s not working as a librarian, she takes cardio-strength classes, hikes, walks, reads extensively (all genres and formats), and chases after her four-year-old and gregarious husband, all while dreaming of adopting a senior pup!

Brooke Brourman

Brooke brings a calm, confident energy to every class, creating an environment that is both motivating and approachable, with a playful edge. With a focus on intentional sequencing and clear, meaningful cueing, she helps clients move with purpose, build strength, and lean into the challenge. A longtime group fitness enthusiast, Brooke is passionate about the room’s collective energy and about creating a space where clients feel supported, connected, and stronger than when they arrived.
